The first session of WOW 2.0 was held on 24th April 2021 from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM (IST) online using the Google meet platform. The Guest speaker for the session was Ms. Chaitali Naik, Chair, PES Day 2021. She shared her experiences on the ‘Journey Towards Becoming the First Female Chair of IEEE PES Day 2021’.

The session had around 100 active participants who were enthusiastic about asking questions and clarifying their doubts. We received many questions, and Ms. Naik answered them with utmost sincerity.

Towards the end of our session, Ms. Chaitali launched a poster for our upcoming event, Orion 2.0, a virtual technical fest. She was very supportive of the event. The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Devika Muraleedharan (WiP Student Representative, IEEE PES Kerala Chapter) and Ms. Raneena Raoof (Vice Student Activities Coordinator, Malabar Hub, IEEE PES Kerala Chapter).
