The session, titled “Wired for Success: Lessons from a Decade of IEEE Volunteering,” featured an enlightening talk by Ms. Megha Ben, Project Manager at Siemens and Member of the IEEE Computer Society Board of Governors (2024–2026). Held virtually from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM IST, the session delved into her extensive journey as a volunteer with IEEE, offering valuable insights into leadership, personal growth, and the impact of volunteering in shaping a successful professional trajectory.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from attendees across various IEEE chapters and institutions, reflecting a strong commitment to learning and empowerment within the technical community. Participants engaged actively, gaining perspectives on how consistent volunteerism can drive both personal and professional excellence.
