The event was organized in collaboration with IEEE Malabar Subsection and IEEE PES Kerala Chapter, and was specifically designed for members of the Kudumbashree unit. IEEE PES SBC CET, in collaboration with IEEE PES Kerala Chapter, launched a Tree Plantation Drive as part of IEEE PES Day 2025 on April 22, 2025, in celebration of Earth Day. The initiative encouraged all IEEE PES Student Branch Chapters in Kerala to plant at least one tree on their campus and share a photo of their team with the planted sapling. The Chapter Level Inauguration Ceremony took place at 10:15 AM at the Electrical PG Block, College of Engineering Trivandrum. Participants took a step towards a greener planet, contributing to environmental sustainability.
