On July 27, 2025, IEEE PES Kerala Chapter, in association with IEEE Women in Power Kerala, IEEE WIE AG Kerala Section, IEEE Women in Power Region 10, and IEEE PES SBC CEA, presented Women of Wisdom (WOW 6.0) – Tech-Talk Series; Session 6. The session, titled Beyond the Grades: Unlocking Your True Potential for Career Success, aimed to guide participants in discovering avenues beyond academic metrics to achieve personal and professional fulfillment. Ms. Tushara Nair, Senior General Manager & Group Marketing Leader, Transportation and Electronics Business Group, India, led the session, providing insights and expertise in the field. The event took place at Bhaskara Hall, NIT Calicut. This research conclave aimed to spark ideas and drive innovation in electric vehicle technology. The event was supported by IEEE Young Professionals and co-hosted by IEEE SB NITC & IEEE PES SBC NITC.The conclave featured engaging sessions and networking opportunities, providing a deep dive into the latest research and innovations in the EV sector. Participants actively interacted with speakers and fellow attendees, fostering a collaborative environment. Registration fees were structured as follows: ₹350 for IEEE Student Members, ₹400 for Non-IEEE Student Members, ₹500 for IEEE Professional Members, and ₹550 for Other Professionals, inclusive of GST, food, and a registration kit.
