The IEEE PES Kerala Chapter, in collaboration with IEEE Women in Power Kerala Section, IEEE WIE AG Kerala Section, IEEE Women in Power Region 10, and IEEE SB CEC, presented "Women of Wisdom (WOW 6.0) – Tech-Talk Series; Session 7" on September 7th, 2025. The session, titled "Leveraging IEEE to build an Industry-Ready Profile," aimed to demonstrate how to utilize IEEE's resources—including skills development, networking opportunities, and increased visibility—to prepare for the industry. The event featured Ms. Nidhi Shingade, IEEE Impact Creator and Co-Chair of IEEE PES Day 2025 & 26, as the speaker. On July 27, 2025, IEEE PES Kerala Chapter, in association with IEEE Women in Power Kerala, IEEE WIE AG Kerala Section, IEEE Women in Power Region 10, and IEEE PES SBC CEA, presented Women of Wisdom (WOW 6.0) – Tech-Talk Series; Session 6. The session, titled Beyond the Grades: Unlocking Your True Potential for Career Success, aimed to guide participants in discovering avenues beyond academic metrics to achieve personal and professional fulfillment. Ms. Tushara Nair, Senior General Manager & Group Marketing Leader, Transportation and Electronics Business Group, India, led the session, providing insights and expertise in the field. The webinar took place from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM IST. Participants engaged actively, exploring the nuances of success through empowerment, experience, and wisdom. The event featured Dr. Rashmi Agarwal, Chair of IEEE WiE AG, Delhi Section, Associate Professor at JC Bose University of Science & Technology, President of the Institute’s Innovation Council, R10 Women in Power Member, YP Sub-committee Member (India Council), and SIGHT Committee Member, as the speaker. The session was held online from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM IST.Dr. Agarwal led a thought-provoking discussion on “EV: A Symbiotic Future,” exploring the electric vehicle ecosystem, its opportunities, challenges, and pathways to sustainable mobility.
